The activity of Topbis is complex, as creating its quotes for its photovoltaic plants requires performing numerous profitability calculations on solar energy production, depending on the number of panels deployed, their orientation, and local sunlight.

In addition, as the equipment is eligible for certain state subsidies, each quote is accompanied by several official documents and forms to be submitted to the administration to finance the projects.

In 2024, Topbis created its custom tool to generate its complex quotes, using an Airprocess form with more than 150 fields calculated automatically.
